Please read these terms carefully before using the qqq99 platform. This document describes in detail all rules relating to accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming.
Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the qqq99 platform and all of its services. By visiting the qqq99 website, registering an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by all the terms described below.
In this document, "we", "us", or "platform" refers to qqq99, and "you" or "user" refers to a registered or prospective member. qqq99 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Account Eligibility & Registration
The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services at qqq99:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age — qqq99 strictly enforces its "21+ only" policy.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activities are not prohibited.
- Each user may only open one account. Operating more than one account from the same device, home address, or household is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration — full name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be accurate and truthful.
- You may not operate an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
- Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Your password must not be shared with any third party.
Identity Verification (KYC)
qqq99 follows an identity verification process to ensure secure transactions and prevent fraudulent activity. The following documents may be requested before a withdrawal or when certain limits are exceeded:
- Government-issued identity document (National ID / Passport)
- Proof of address (bank statement / utility bill)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (where applicable)
If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, account functionality may be temporarily restricted.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on qqq99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The payment methods we support are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits should reflect in your account instantly. If any additional fees apply, you will be informed before the transaction.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
Important Financial Guidelines
- Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Using third-party accounts is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions related to money laundering or illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
- Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be submitted at the same time; please submit a new request only after the previous one has been settled.
- If funds are accidentally credited to your account due to a technical error, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.
- For bank transfers, transactions can be made through major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers at qqq99 are subject to specific conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting a bonus.
Welcome Bonus
The qqq99 welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000, with a 15x wagering requirement.
Example 1
Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500. A 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount means: ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Example 2
Deposit ৳28,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 (maximum cap) → Total balance ৳48,000. The wagering calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit and bonus combined.
General Terms for All Bonuses
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified validity period; expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
- Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Any attempt to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
- qqq99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- A direct deposit via a payment method must be made before a bonus is received; the welcome bonus cannot be activated using a balance obtained from other bonuses.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy
qqq99 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. Violations of the fair play policy will be met with strict action.
Prohibited Activities
- Using any software, bot, script, or other automated method to bet or play is strictly prohibited.
- Coordinating with other users to create manipulative betting patterns (Collusion) is prohibited.
- Misusing bonus funds or strategically placing bets to circumvent bonus conditions (Bonus Abuse) is prohibited.
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the platform is prohibited.
- Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other members or staff is prohibited.
Grounds for Account Suspension and Closure
qqq99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:
- Registering with false or misleading information
- Opening an account without meeting the age requirement
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Operating multiple accounts by the same individual
- Serious violation of applicable law or these terms
VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits
qqq99's VIP program has five tiers, and regular members at each tier receive weekly cashback. Progression to a higher tier is determined by activity and contribution.
Bronze Tier
Up to 0.2% cashback per week. The starting tier for new members.
Silver Tier
Up to 0.3% cashback per week. Earned through consistent activity.
Gold Tier
Up to 0.5% cashback per week. Enhanced benefits and priority support.
Platinum Tier
Up to 0.6% cashback per week. Exclusive offers and dedicated support.
Diamond Tier
Up to 0.8% cashback per week. The highest status — personalised service and maximum benefits.
